Section 9-13-1-4 - References to federal statutes or regulations relating to the National Voter Registration Act

Except as otherwise provided in this title, a reference in this title to a federal statute or regulation relating to the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 ( 52 U.S.C. 20501 ) is a reference to the statute or regulation as in effect September 1, 2014.
