Section 8-15.7-8-2 - Acts by authority or department concerning federal, state, or local assistance; contracts

The authority or the department may take any action authorized by this article to obtain federal, state, or local assistance for a qualifying project that serves the public purpose of this article and may enter into any contracts required to receive the assistance.
