Section 8-10-1-0.3 - Treatment of references to Indiana port commission(a) As used in this section, "Indiana port commission" means the Indiana port commission established by section 3 of this chapter, as in effect before March 19, 2008.(b) As used in this section, "ports of Indiana" means the ports of Indiana established by section 3 of this chapter, as amended by P.L. 98-2008.(c) After June 30, 2008, a reference to the Indiana port commission in a statute, a rule, or another document is considered a reference to the ports of Indiana, as the successor entity.Added by P.L. 220-2011, SEC. 197, eff. 7/1/2011.
