Section 8-1-28-4 - "Safe Drinking Water Act" defined

As used in this chapter, "Safe Drinking Water Act" refers to the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (Public Health Service Act, 42 U.S.C. 300f et seq.) and regulations adopted under the Safe Drinking Water Act.
