Section 7.1-7-4-5 - Notice to commission of changes; penalty

If the information required for the initial or renewal permit changes, the permit holder shall notify the commission within ten (10) business days of the change. If any change in the information required for an application results in a violation of this article, the commission may impose a penalty as provided in this article.
