Section 6-1.1-50-4 - Public hearing and notice of public hearing

Before adopting an ordinance under section 3 of this chapter, a county fiscal body must conduct a public hearing on the proposed ordinance. The county fiscal body must publish notice of the public hearing in accordance with IC 5-3-1.
