Section 6-1.1-23.5-2 - Definitions The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:
(1) "County executive" means the following:(A) In a county not containing a consolidated city, the county executive or the county executive's designee.(B) In a county containing a consolidated city, the executive of the consolidated city.(2) "Substantial property interest of record" means title to or an interest in a mobile home possessed by a person as evidenced by the certificate of title issued by the bureau of motor vehicles.(3) "Tentative auction list" refers to a list prepared by a county treasurer under section 4 of this chapter and amended from time to time in the manner prescribed by this chapter.Added by P.L. 235-2017,SEC. 9, eff. 1/1/2018.
