(b) Annually, each county treasurer shall make application for judgment and order for sale. The county treasurer shall make the application as one (1) cause of action to a court with jurisdiction. The application must include the names of at least one (1) of the owners of each mobile home, the dates of mailing of the notice required by section 12 of this chapter, as applicable, the dates of publication required by section 10 of this chapter, and the affidavit and corrected tentative auction list as provided in subsection (a).(c) Any objection to the application for judgment and order of sale shall be filed with the court on or before the earliest date on which the application may be made as set forth in the notice required under section 9 of this chapter. The county treasurer for the county where the mobile home is located is entitled to receive all pleadings, motions, petitions, and other filings related to an objection to the application for judgment and order of sale.Added by P.L. 235-2017,SEC. 9, eff. 1/1/2018.
