Section 6-1.1-17-19 - Conflicting provisions

If there is a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of IC 6-1.1-18.5 or IC 20-46, the provisions of IC 6-1.1-18.5 and IC 20-46 control with respect to the adoption of, review of, and limitations on budgets, tax rates, and tax levies.
