Section 5-22-11-1 - Requirement to purchase from the department of correction

Subject to section 2 of this chapter, a governmental body shall purchase from the department of correction supplies and services produced or manufactured by the department under IC 11-10-6 as listed in the department's printed catalog unless the supplies and services cannot be furnished in a timely manner.
