Section 5-15-5.1-3 - Creation of archives and records administration; seal; serving legislative and judicial branches

There is created the Indiana archives and records administration to administer this chapter. The administration shall adopt a seal which shall be the seal of the state of Indiana. The administration shall offer its services to the legislative and judicial branches of state government.
