Section 5-1.2-2-2 - "Approved assistance"

"Approved assistance", for purposes of the flood control program established under IC 5-1.2-13, means any loan or other financial assistance:

(1) that is requested by a participant for an eligible activity; and

(2) that the authority makes available to the participant.
