Section 36-9-25-38 - Construction of sewers connecting with sewage works

After the erection and completion of sewage works under this chapter, any municipality within the boundaries of the district shall construct and maintain sewers so that they directly or indirectly convey all sewage and drainage matter into the sewage works.
