Section 36-8-10.5-13 - ReportA fire department shall:
(1) require all full-time firefighters to annually complete training described in section 7(f) of this chapter; and(2) submit an annual report to the department of homeland security certifying compliance with this section.Added by P.L. 139-2023,SEC. 5, eff. 7/1/2023.
