Section 36-7-7.5-2 - Establishment of commission; interlocal agreement

Notwithstanding any other law, the executive of two (2) or more counties may, by interlocal agreement under IC 36-1-7, establish a multiple county special plan commission (referred to in this chapter as the "commission").
