Section 36-7-4-1020 - Ordinances; presumption of validity; official notice(a) All ordinances adopted under this chapter are presumed to have been validly adopted.(b) A plan commission or a board of zoning appeals shall take official notice of all ordinances adopted under this chapter.Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 18-7-2-85 part.
