Section 36-7-36-7 - Adoption of this chapter; rules and procedures
The legislative body of a municipality or county:
(1) may adopt this chapter by ordinance; and(2) if the legislative body adopts this chapter by ordinance, shall adopt rules and procedures for its enforcement.
