Ind. Code § 36-7-23-15

Section 36-7-23-15 - Officers of board of directors

The members shall elect:

(1) a chair;

(2) a vice chair;

(3) a secretary; and

(4) other officers determined to be necessary for the board to function;

at the first meeting of the board in January of each year.
