Section 36-1-11-18 - School corporations in LaPorte County; transfer to governmental agency(a) This section applies to a school corporation located in LaPorte County.(b) Notwithstanding any other law, a school corporation may transfer real property to any other governmental agency in exchange for services provided to the school corporation.(c) This section constitutes the only authority necessary for a school corporation to make real property available for exchange under this section. A school corporation is not required to apply any additional procedures to an exchange made under this section.Added by P.L. 257-2013, SEC. 43, eff. 5/11/2013.
