Section 35-31.5-2-196 - "Matter"

(a) "Matter", for purposes of IC 35-42-4-4, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-42-4-4(a).

(b) "Matter", for purposes of IC 35-49, has the meaning set forth in IC 35-49-1-3.
