Section 34-6-2-73.7 - "Lien"

"Lien", for purposes of section 71.9 of this chapter and IC 34-55-10, means a security interest, judicial lien, statutory lien, common law lien, or another interest in property to secure the payment of a debt or the performance of an obligation.
