Section 34-55-6-15 - Real estate; conveyance of land to heirs or devisees of deceased purchaser

If the purchaser of real estate upon execution, who has paid the purchase money for the real estate, dies before a deed of conveyance is executed to the purchaser, the sheriff shall convey the real estate to the heirs or devisees of the deceased person.
