Section 34-51-4-2 - Applicability of chapter to claims against patient's compensation fund

This chapter does not apply to a claim against the patient's compensation fund under IC 34-18-6, IC 27-12-6 (before its repeal), or IC 16-9.5-4 (before its repeal).
