Section 33-44-9-1 - Annual report; format

The board shall file a report with:

(1) the governor;

(2) the legislative council; and

(3) the chief justice of the supreme court;

before December 31 of each year. The report filed with the legislative council must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
