Ind. Code § 33-41-2-11

The annual salary of each court reporter shall be fixed as provided in this chapter according to the county or counties in which the court reporter holds office. A county or counties may add additional increments to the minimum annual salary according to the usual budget procedures. The salaries shall be paid in equal monthly installments.
