Section 31-37-26-1 - Applicability(a) This chapter applies to a delinquency proceeding brought pursuant to IC 31-37-1 through IC 31-37-3.(b) In computing time under this chapter, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays are not included in the computation if the time prescribed is less than fifteen (15) days.Added by P.L. 157-2021,SEC. 3, eff. 12/31/2022.
