Section 31-26-1-6 - Grants to bureaus not receiving annual or additional grants

The department may provide a grant to a youth service bureau that is not receiving a grant under section 5 of this chapter to permit the youth service bureau to establish, maintain, or expand the youth service bureau's programs. A grant under this section is subject to the requirements of section 7 of this chapter.
