Section 31-25-2-4 - Family case manager caseload reports

One (1) time every twelve (12) months, the department shall submit a report to the budget committee and to the legislative council that provides data and statistical information regarding caseloads of family case managers. The report made to the legislative council must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
