Section 30-4-1-1.5 - IC 30-2-4 and IC 30-2-5 not repealed

This article does not repeal:

(1) IC 30-2-4 (the Uniform Fiduciaries Act); or

(2) IC 30-2-5 (the Uniform Act for the Simplification of Fiduciary Security Transfers).
