Section 3-11-6-9 - Tax levy; rate

To provide for a cumulative fund, a county may levy a tax in compliance with IC 6-1.1-41 on all taxable property within the county. The tax may not exceed one and sixty-seven hundredths cents ($0.0167) on each one hundred dollars ($100) of assessed valuation.
