Section 3-11-11-1.8 - Time of delivery to polls of ballots and equipment

Each county election board shall have the ballots and all necessary furniture and appliances that go with the ballots at the polls delivered to the appropriate precinct not later than 6 p.m. of the day before election day. The county executive shall provide transportation for the material if requested to do so by the county election board.
