Section 27-8-14.3-9 - "State employee health plan"(a) As used in this chapter, "state employee health plan" refers to either of the following: (1) A self-insurance program established under IC 5-10-8-7(b).(2) A contract with a prepaid health care delivery plan that is entered into or renewed under IC 5-10-8-7(c).(b) The term includes a person that administers prescription drug benefits on behalf of a state employee health plan.Added by P.L. 37-2024,SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2024.
