Section 27-17-10-2 - Notification; hearing

If the department has cause to believe that grounds for the suspension or revocation of a registration under this article exist, the department shall:

(1) notify the discount medical card program organization in writing specifically stating the grounds for suspension or revocation; and

(2) pursue a hearing under IC 4-21.5.
