Section 27-13-1-34 - "Telehealth services"

"Telehealth services" means health care services delivered by use of technology allowed under IC 25-1-9.5-6, including the following:

(1) Medical exams and consultations.

(2) Behavioral health, including substance abuse evaluations and treatment.
