Ind. Code § 27-1-45-1.5

Section 27-1-45-1.5 - "Emergency services"

As used in this chapter, "emergency services" means services that are:

(1) furnished by a provider qualified to furnish emergency services; and

(2) needed to evaluate or stabilize an emergency medical condition.
