Section 27-1-43.2-18 - Nonapplicability of chapter
This chapter does not apply to the following:
(1) A warranty provided under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, 15 U.S.C. 2301 et seq.(2) A contract that is effective for a specified period and under which a person agrees to: (A) provide; or(B) indemnify the contract holder for;
