Section 27-1-43-2 - "Party"(a) As used in this chapter, "party" means a recipient of a notice or document required as part of an insurance transaction.(b) The term includes an applicant, an insured, a policyholder, and an annuity contract holder.Added by P.L. 119-2014, SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2014.
