Section 27-1-36-9.3 - "Health insurer" As used in this chapter, "health insurer" means the following:
(1) A health maintenance organization.(2) A limited service health maintenance organization.(3) An insurer that makes one (1) or more of the types of insurance described in Class 1(b) or Class 2(a) of IC 27-1-5-1.(4) An insurer that files a health Annual Statement Blank in accordance with the applicable Annual Statement Instructions.Amended by P.L. 124-2018,SEC. 57, eff. 7/1/2018.Added by P.L. 276-2013, SEC. 20, eff. 7/1/2013.
