Section 27-1-36-37 - Timing for submission of RBC plan or revised RBC plan after regulatory action level eventThe RBC plan or revised RBC plan must be submitted:
(1) not more than forty-five (45) days after the regulatory action level event;(2) not later than forty-five (45) days after the notification to the insurer that the commissioner has, after a hearing under section 44 of this chapter, rejected the insurer's challenge to an adjusted RBC report; or(3) not more than forty-five (45) days after the notification to the insurer that the commissioner has, after a hearing under section 44 of this chapter, rejected the insurer's challenge to an adjusted RBC plan.As added by P.L. 186-1996, SEC.1.
