Section 27-1-36-28 - Inaccuracy of RBC report filed by domestic insurer(a) If the commissioner determines an RBC report filed by a domestic insurer is inaccurate, the commissioner shall: (1) adjust the RBC report to correct the inaccuracy; and(2) notify the insurer of the adjustment.(b) A notice provided by the commissioner under subsection (a) must contain a statement of the reason for the adjustment.As added by P.L. 186-1996, SEC.1.
