Section 27-1-3.1-18 - Financial analysis ratios; written requests; examination synopses; confidentiality(a) The commissioner shall provide any financial analysis ratios computed by the Insurance Regulatory Information System within five (5) business days after receiving a written request for those ratios.(b) All examination synopses concerning insurance companies that are submitted to the department by the Insurance Regulatory Information System are confidential and may not be disclosed by the department.Amended by P.L. 124-2018,SEC. 6, eff. 7/1/2018.As added by P.L. 26-1991, SEC.5.
