Section 27-1-29.1-15 - Single or installment payments; limits

An amount payable under section 13 of this chapter that is no more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) may be paid in a single, immediate payment. An amount payable under section 13 of this chapter that is greater than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) shall be paid:

(1) in installments under section 18(c) of this chapter; or

(2) under a structured settlement negotiated under section 18(d) of this chapter.
