Section 27-1-12.8-36 - Submission of data prescribed by valuation manual

On and after the operative date of the valuation manual specified in section 34 of this chapter, a company shall submit mortality, morbidity, contractholder behavior, or expense experience and other data as prescribed in the valuation manual.
