Section 25-8-3-26 - Sanitary rules given to licensees

The board shall furnish each person licensed to operate:

(1) a beauty culture salon; or

(2) a beauty culture school;

with a copy of the rules concerning sanitary requirements described in section 23(a)(1) of this chapter.
