Section 25-39-5-2 - Failure to keep records or file reports

A person who fails to keep the records or file the reports required by IC 25-39-4-1 or who knowingly files any report containing false information commits a Class B infraction. The failure to submit records for each water well drilled constitutes a separate infraction.
