Section 25-34.1-9-10 - Completion of approved education requirement; exception

Except for an individual who has been granted an inactive license under IC 25-34.1-3-10, an individual who is licensed as a real estate broker under IC 25-34.1-3-4.1 must complete the approved education requirement each year.
