Section 25-30-2-5 - Use of title; violation

After December 31, 1983, an individual who has not received a certificate of competence to operate a polygraph instrument may not assume or use the title "certified polygraph examiner", "polygraph examiner", or "polygraph operator". A person who violates this section commits a Class C infraction.
