Section 25-29-9-1 - Unauthorized practice of podiatric medicine; other violations(a) A person that knowingly engages or aids and abets another person, in the practice of podiatric medicine without a license issued under this article commits unauthorized practice of podiatric medicine, a Level 6 felony.(b) A person who otherwise violates this article commits a Class C misdemeanor.Amended by P.L. 158-2013, SEC. 291, eff. 7/1/2014.As added by P.L. 33-1993, SEC.67.
