Section 25-26-23-6 - Required board consultation with certain agencies and task force to promulgate rules

The board shall consult with the following agencies and task force in promulgating rules under this chapter:

(1) The department of environmental management.

(2) The Indiana department of health.

(3) The state police department.

(4) The Indiana hazardous waste task force.
