Section 25-1-5-6 - Executive director; representatives; staff placement(a) The executive director may designate certain employees of the agency to represent the executive director of the agency at the board meetings, proceedings, or other activities of the board.(b) The executive director shall assign staff to individual boards and shall work with the boards to ensure efficient utilization and placement of staff.As added by Acts1981 , P.L. 222, SEC.2.
